At 12 months, babies who had worked with a person recognized foreign language sounds more accurately than did infants who were exposed to the language through video or audio only.
At the beginning I hoped that watching songs and stories on youtube or DVD (which was very easy for me) will be of any use to the language development. I found after some time that just watching electronic devices is not effective. I realized that fully activate language learning is possible only by parenting guidance, explaining, following, … using the language to communicate and by sharing nice moments when playing and having fun.
Do not worry about your level in English just pass what you know and perhaps learn at the process some more yourself. We will offer guidance in our new on-line coarse.
